For simplicity, the shipping cost has been built into the price total listed and includes shipping in the continental US only. Shipping to AK, HI, PR, and Canada will be subject to additional fees and we will contact you for payment after you place your order. Because of the size and weight of our products, most heavier orders will ship by truck freight on a pallet. For smaller, lighter orders, it can probably ship by Fed Ex small package. We will determine what is the best way to ship this once your order is placed based on the size of the item and quantity you are ordering. Pallets up to 4 x 6 will fit on lift gates. If you do not have a loading dock, you can order lift gate service for an additional fee or you can assist the driver with breaking down the freight from the pallet and unloading your order by hand, which goes quickly. We will contact you prior to shipping to review all shipping details. No stage order will ship until we have spoken to you personally to confirm all the shipping details. If you request lift gate service, you can pay the additional fee at that time. If you are unwilling or unable to assist with the delivery or have any other issues with receiving truck freight, please contact us prior to purchasing. Price total does not include inside delivery or lift gate service. If you are shipping to a residential address, your location must be accessible by a semi-tractor truck and trailer. We cannot deliver to apartment buildings, parking lots or any other unverified location. All addresses are verified and confirmed before we ship.

Domestic Shipping
Free shipping on many items, unless otherwise stated, to the lower 48 states.  Additional charges for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada, and Guam will apply.  We reserve the right to change shipping carrier based on location or for combined orders.  This is to ensure your order gets to you as quickly and as safely as possible and reducing the chance of shipping damage.  Orders normally ship the same or next business day depending on when we receive the order.
International Shipping
Quik Stage ships internationally with the eBay Global Ship Program for all small package items that qualify for UPS package dimensions and weights.
All large items that require LTL truck freight are not available for international shipping, with the exception of Canada.
For Canada LTL shipments, limitations due to manufacturer’s restrictions on some items may apply. Additional shipping charges will be applied to all Canadian LTL shipments and will be calculated per order based on size, weight and shipping destination.  We will contact you prior to shipping with an estimate of all additional charges. The shipping costs do not include duty, import taxes, brokerage fees or any other fees associated with importing so please check with us before you purchase an item. We are not able to change declared values for any purchase so please don’t ask it is against the law. Canadian LTL shipping times will vary based on your shipping destination.
Any and all additional charges must be paid in full prior to shipping.
Inventory
Our inventory is constantly updating and we do our best to keep all items in stock and available for immediate shipping.  In the rare case that an item is out of stock or back-ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible to resolve any issues.
Returns
Returns Policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days of confirmed delivery and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returns require an RA number so please contact us prior to sending anything back.  If the item is listed as closeout and sold as is with no return, that item is not returnable unless damaged in shipping.  Returns must be in the same and resalable condition as we shipped it and you must include a copy of the sales invoice you received with the item. If you have any questions or concerns about any item, please always double check with us before you buy to make sure you have the correct part or item to prevent these types of problems. Return Shipping
The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged during shipping or it is our mistake. If the item was shipped with the free shipping option, the original shipping and handling charges will be deducted from your product refund. A copy of the actual original shipping and handling charges can be provided to you upon request.

Your package must be signed for “As Damaged” with the carrier in order for us to be able to file a damage claim. You are responsible for checking for any shipping damage prior to signing for your order. So, before you sign, check your order.
