These Concepts come up for sale very rarely ! very few 27’s were built with twins. - this boat is over 125K to replace
Factory graphics , powdercoated pipework, Mercury 225 optimax engines with less than750 hrs , gaffrig controls, bennett electric trim tabs, Lowrance chartplotter/depthfinder, spot lights,forward seating cushions and V insert, twin antennas, pop up cleats, aluminum fortress anchor,  Real extreme aluminum trailer with new disc brakes 2 seasons ago.  twin batteries, onboard battery charger, full snap cover and helm console cover, stereo , VHF, .  This boat has run 58 mph with the bottom painted !
This boat is very light and all foam cored. - no wood in the hull
I am currently working out of state and want to make a quick deal.
The boat need s a few items updated and my price reflects that.
leaning post, console seat and rear bench are fully usable but are ready to be upholstered
a few minor electrical items - connector on VHF, joystick for port spot light intermitent, etc
awlgrip and nonskid on engine bracket need to be repainted
The boat can be inspected in Southern NJ
This boat is being sold as is where is - I encourage anyone to have the boat fully checked out by a mechanic or inspector BEFORE bidding.
Over the winter water got in the fuel and the alarms are going off on both engines for water in fuel
you will have to deal with this - everyone seems too busy to look at it right away
