2006 Subaru Outback

Description

I just love this car but with a new job I don't have time to dive into its one mechanical issue and have also taken delivery of my new pickup this month, so this will have to go as my former daily driver and quarantine project. If I left out any basic info let me know and I'll do my best to address it. Will include some extra parts and consumables I have lying around for it (wiper blades, air and oil filters, engine, diff and OEM trans fluids).
Mechanical:

Will include all service history receipts since I bought the car in 2017. I personally have had the head gaskets, water pump, struts, bushings and axles replaced.
Heads resurfaced and gaskets replaced
New OEM water pump
New front and rear shocks and struts
New bushings in sway bars and control arms
New front axles (boots were leaking so I went ahead and did those)
Brake discs about 90%
A/C blows cold
New engine/ cabin air filters
New diff oil
Recent belt service
All recalls have been completed by dealer
Oil changed and tires rotated every 3750mi or sooner
Cosmetic:
I was rear ended in 2019 and had the rear hatch and tail light replaced. There remains some paint loss and a dent on the rear driver side fender, by the tail light. Some minor dings, scuffs and scratches all around but overall looks clean for its age. Left bolster in driver side showing some wear but otherwise leather is in great condition. Sun spots in clear coat on spoiler only. Currently pretty dusty from sitting in the shed but I've kept the paint clay barred and waxed. Engine compartment photos do not show the covers or intake but they will be included with the vehicle.
