1990 Mako 21f foot walk around with 2005 Mercury 150hp Outboard.
Motor runs, but leaks oil from lower unit
.  Motor goes in an out of gear with prop spin freely.  New Mercury Throttle Control.   May be a simple seal on lower unit.  No mechanics available this summer to look into it.  Everyone is booked up.  I bought the boat used and is listed as is.  It needs new gauges, electrical switches, and some tlc.  I would upgrade fuse box and put new led lights, etc on boat if I were to keep it.  Mako is a solid boat.

.   Same boat is going for 10K on boat trader with original motor.  Inside is clean and cushions are in decent condition.  I don't have any background on boat and haven't had it in the water since I bought the past winter.  I started it and the lower unit leaked and I haven't had a mechanic on site.  I don't know what works and doesn't other than the motor starts.  NO TRAILER.  LOCAL PICKUP
