Purpose:
This equipment belongs to the auxiliary equipment for injection molding production, used for cleaning injection molding machine nozzles and screws, replacing traditional gas cleaning nozzle blockage. The equipment adopts the principle of electromagnetic heating, and achieves actual cleaning effect by heating metal parts such as nozzles and screws to a certain temperature, replacing open flame operation in the injection molding workshop.
Using Steps:
Step 1:  Connect the heating furnace to the host and power supply.
Step 2:  Turn on the power switch and put the heating object into the heating furnace.
Step 3: Adjust the power properly. The higher the power, the faster the heating. If the power of a small heating object is reduced, it will not be able to heat. The heating indicator light will light up while heating is in progress.
Step 4: The heating time is set to 15M (15 minutes) at the factory. If the heating is stopped, it still needs to continue heating and restart.
Attention:
This device can only heat magnetic metals, such as copper, aluminum, etc. It cannot be heated. Pay attention to hot hands when heating objects at high temperatures! This device must not be exposed to rain
