Rosenthal - Bjorn Wiinblad "La Paloma" Oval Display Plate, Germany- 13" x 11"

Description

This beautiful oval plate, designed by famed Danish artist, Bjorn Winnblad, was produced by Rosenthal company of Germany.  The plate is called, "La Paloma"  which means, "The Dove" in Spanish.  The plate is in near mint condition with no evidence of chips, cracks or crazing.
Apparently, Wiinblad also made the same design for the Nymolle Company of Denmark when he worked there before moving to work for Rosenthal.
