Vintage Ice Cream Shop Advertising Sign Countertop Cowboy Monkey double-sided

Vintage handmade? ice cream countertop display advertisement / stand: Monkey dressed as a cowboy holding an ice-cream cone. Possibly from a mom-and-pop ice cream shop and possibly from a few decades ago. Double-sided. Made of wood with flexible metal stand. Does stand up on its own but is slightly wobbly. I think its colored with an enamel paint. Has some scratches and flaking paint in areas. Slight discoloration if a few areas as well. Eyes are missing on one side. Please examine photos closely. Entire item is ~15.5 inches tall.
