Vintage Paden City Pottery USA Rare Colonial House & Carriage Small Bowl 1955

Description

A rare vintage Paden City Pottery Co. bowl with handles. Possibly used as a soup bowl or serving bowl. Paden City Pottery operated from 1914 to 1963 in Paden City, West Virginia.
The scene on the inside of the bowl shows a Colonial house with a lady in a carriage out front. I have not been able to find anything in this pattern. The makers mark on the bottom dates this bowl to 1955. It is 6 1/4” in diameter X 1 1/2” deep. The bottom is stamped Oven Proof.
Considering the age of this bowl (65 yrs.) it is excellent condition with a very small chip to the underside of both handles. See last photos.
